As you embark on life’s biggest adventure, Chasing Rainbows Birth Services is committed to guiding you every step of the way. I am a passionate, progressive, trauma informed and experienced doula who believes every birthing person should have a fully-supported and empowering birthing experience.
About Heather
Support for EveryBODY
Heather is a queer Full Spectrum doula. She has worked with children much of her life and had an 18 year career in education. Although Heather serves many families, she is passionate about working within the LGBTQ+ community and bringing awareness to the many inconsistencies birthing folks in this community face. Heather has a trauma informed and evidence based practice. As a full spectrum doula, she is able support clients through abortion, fertility & planning, birth, postpartum support and more! Heather serves the greater Boston area, as well as Southern New Hampshire and her services are also available remote! Outside of doula work Heather is a fierce advocate in the disability community and the IVF/Fertility community and enjoys cooking and thrifting/antiquing.Heather lives just outside of Boston with her partner and their 3 children (including a set of twins).

Fertility/Conception Support
Each month will be tailored to your personal needs:
1 formal session per month, either for emotional or logistic support

Birth Doula services support you before and up to delivery day all Birth Packages include:

Postpartum Support
Postpartum Support is tailored to meet your needs during the critical postpartum period. All support can include, but is not limited to:

Light house cleaning & meal preparation

Chest/breast/body/bottle feeding support

Cloth Diapering Classes(Coming Soon)
In this information-packed class, you will learn about all of the modern cloth diaper options as well as laundering, accessories, and general care of your diapers. You will have the opportunity to touch and feel the diapers and practice diapering (for our in-person classes), as well as a Q&A session at the end of class.
